Same. Same. No loss below this for 28 days. Back up then back to this number. Again
I just calculated I lost 4.5 kilos in 8 weeks just counting calories. And 2.5 in 7 weeks doing keto
I think I know what my next move HAS to be.
Reckon maybe there’s too much fat in the keto diet for my body ! ???
I know that’s what supposed to work but I think for me I have to cut fat and obvious sugar and just count calories

Gained 1.5 whilst trying twice as hard to lose 😩🥴🥺🙄😵🥱
Now inREALLy and truely don’t know which way to jump. The advice was eat more than 1000 calories as my body was starving itself. Ok.
Up it to 1200 of my 1300 allowance
This was result
No blame on advice But if I stay on that I will end up ba k where I started

So will go back to 1000

At least then I stayed same old same old
Any more than that and I gain
Maybe need to eat 800 ???
