8th day in a row. Same weight. Still doing IF. Still doing strict keto. Upped walk from 1x 5 km a day to 2 x 5km a day. And yeah. Nuttin. Where’s the fat burning magic keto gone 🥴

Doin the ole yo yo back up to 80.5 then back to 79.8. For days and days. Haven’t altered food Still strict keto. Upped walks to 2x a day while we can
