Day 15. Stuck on same weight. No budging. Extra five km walk.
Nope 👎
Upped my calories from 1000 to yesterday had 1200.
Nope 👎
Drank even MORE water
Nope 👎
No alcohol for days ( usually only have 3 days where I have a couple of glasses of red )
Strict keto
( forgotten what carbs taste like )
Carbs yesterday were very low at 15 net

And yeah. Nuh.
What’s a girl gotta do ??????????
