Spiced Ginger Nut Bread/Muffins
Yummy for breakfast and coffee.
Ingredients
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, except for maple syrup, and mix well.
- Spoon into muffin tins or small loaf tins.
- Cook for 20mins at 170°c.
- Drizzle a little maple syrup over top when hot out of oven.
- Serve warm with butter or a dollop of cream.
