Directions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place parchment paper inside the loaf tin.
- Blend almonds, garlic, and rosemary.
- Add pumpkin and blend until smooth.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly except for the pepitas.
- Pour the mass into the tin and garnish with pepitas—Bake in an oven for 90 minutes.
- Allow cooling for 10 minutes in the tin. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
