Been a bit slack entering food intake - diet still OK and weight stabilising

Happy with the result of a coordinated exercise regime and diet - dropped from 78.6k to 71.8k over 12 weeks -
Happy to hover around 72k
Will update the exercise regime after Easter - maintain the diet discipline
