Seemed to have plateaued and stabilised - not gaining weight not losing - managing food intake reasonably well, and exercise has reduced abdomen by 7 cms. Will cut down alcohol this week ahead of weight in next Sunday to see how that impacts -

Long weekend - went out a lot and played up a bit -weight has held this week - but need to get back on track - next weigh in Sunday - ideally get down past 74

Had big week of eating out - gained 100g - just about held weight

So - had a big weekend out - that tends to blow the diet - have exercised a bit - still lost 1 cm from waist - gain .2kg
