Haven't been faring to well lately. My depression had gotten the best of me.
2 days ago I finally broken out of my slump and managed to get upstairs into the gym room and do 30 minutes of exercise.
And today I mangaged to go out for a 20 minute walk. It was actually nice to get some fresh air and to get out of the house.

I have never been a soup person, but I decided to give Cream of Mushroom Soup a go.
And I can officially say that I liked it. It’s really good with toasted dark rye sourdough bread.
This is made from scratch with a recipe and not from a can.

Ok I think I am done with bacon and eggs for breakfast for a while. Need to go on a hunt for some new ideas.
Sometimes I hate being such a fussy eater lol

I havent felt like myself in a long long time but these past couple of weeks I have felt a change mentally.
While I havent lost anything on the weight loss scale, i have been focused more on myself and on good habits.
Gotten back into walking. I go every third day. I would do it everyday but my body is not ready for that. I also try to do one thing a day that makes me feel happy.
I haven't felt mentally depressed since doing this, but i feel I can finally say that I am happy.
