After the third rat test it was comfirmed as Covid.
All of the symptoms I had was flu like. The only symptom that was different was the fishy taste.
But I am now negative, and all symptoms have gone. Lasted for 7 days.
I'm getting back on track with my health. Day 2 of no softfrink.

So the last few days i have been suffering Covid-like symptoms but tests says i'm negative. However, my partner is positive for it.
So it feels like i'm dying. And everything i try to eat, has an awful fishy taste.
My no softdrink streak stopped at 12 days. I had some lemonade to help with my stomach. Bad idea as it made me feel worse.
House is in utter chaos.

I have been softdrink free for 10 days now. Started this journey on the 10th April.
I woke up one morning and just decided I didn't want any coca cola and just kept on going. Since then, I started with healtier choices, just not the mediterranean diet my urologist wanted.
Today's breakfast was Special K and Strawberries.

I fell off the wagon a few times since i last posted.
This Mediterranean diet is somewhat hard for me to follow. But I'm still trying. Also supplementing omega 3 for the fish, just can not eat it.
I will say that having Danish fetta with lettuce and cucumber on dark rye bread is my new favourite combo.
Have successfully gone back to going to the gym. So far it's only 2 days a week but I will work up to 4 days.
Today is also my 4th day of no softdrink!
This i am proud of. I have been having 1 to 2 cans a day. My goal is to get it back to 1 to 2 cans a fortnight (when we have our once a fortnight takeaway).

I saw my urologist the other day. And he's concerned about my weight and said to start following the mediterranean diet. Especially fish.
I'm not a seafood eater. I do like prawns on the odd occasion (need to be in the mood for it) but i haven't eaten fish since I was a kid.
So I gave it a go. I took a bite of some battered deep sea dory and just no. I could not eat it. The texture reminded me of sushi (and i don't like sushi).
I don't remember why I stopped eating fish when i was a kid. Maybe a bad experience.
But I won't be eating fish on this mediterranean diet.
