It's been a while. Life has been keeping me busy.

Since my last entry, I've seen my urologist. I have had kidneys stones for a few years now and I see him once a year for a check up.

He is impressed at how stable they are. His only concern is that i'm not losing any weight.

So I got referred to a dietician.

The last time I saw one, he wanted me to clean out my pantry the next day and buy everything that was on a list that he gave me.

Now the last 3 weeks i've been specking to really nice lady dietician over the phone and she has not once told me to clean out my pantry.

We work around the main meal of the day which is dinner as the household eats at around 4.00 - 4.30pm due to my partner going to work so early in the morning. We get up at 4am for him to start work at 6. And eat when he gets home.

she has suggested that I try to eat smaller protein filled meals to compat any hunger I feel during the day.

She has also suggested that i follow a 2000kj daily intake to help with the weight shifting.

She is happy that i'm doing all the right things.

This has been my breakfast/morning snack for the last few days and according to my dietician it is only 300kj out of my 2000kj daily intake.



Side note: I do have some opinions about why I can't lose weight and it's not completely food related but more medical related.
