I was feeling pretty good up until a couple of days ago. I was going on daily walks, just feeling genuinely happy.
Then, bam.
I had an emotional meltdown.
Feeling depressed, I didn't want to do anything other than sleep.
After 3 days I finally managed to get into the shower.
Sorry for the small rant.

Haven't been faring to well lately. My depression had gotten the best of me.
2 days ago I finally broken out of my slump and managed to get upstairs into the gym room and do 30 minutes of exercise.
And today I mangaged to go out for a 20 minute walk. It was actually nice to get some fresh air and to get out of the house.

I have never been a soup person, but I decided to give Cream of Mushroom Soup a go.
And I can officially say that I liked it. It’s really good with toasted dark rye sourdough bread.
This is made from scratch with a recipe and not from a can.
