Mushrooms and Onions
A nice low-carb mix to add flavor to a variety of dishes.

Directions
- Chop onions and saute with salt in olive oil.
- Slice and add mushrooms. Cook until they release their liquids.
- Cook down until liquid is almost gone and mushrooms start to brown.

Mushrooms and onions are nutritious. But, omit butter, you don't need it. Olive is enough. Add a clove of crushed garlic and parsley, dried or fresh. . Very healthy. Can pour over low carb or whole wheat pasta and sprinkle parmigiana. Or pour over brown rice.
