Avocado and eggs are my go to diet foods. Soft boiled egg, with a dog of butter in it while it’s still warm.. Cut the avo in Half and remove seed, fill up the hole where the seed was with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and salt & pepper. Best snacks!
