Ok. I'm back. I'm taking to heart the words of support and encouragement from my last post-this community is priceless. Thinking about my achievements, how far I've come, that this is just a minor setback, and I can keep on going with my journey to my goals. I've got salad ingredients, chicken and tuna, and I'm going to use them! The last 3 times I bought salad ingredients they went off and had to be thrown. I hate wasting food and i don't want to do it again. My plan for this weekend is to plan my meals for next week. Not sure if I'm up for a full food prep this weekend, but I'm not ruling it out either. I'll keep you posted 😉💚

Glad you have chosen to keep on with your lifestyle changes... you are already way further ahead than when you started... and you know that you can do it!!! There is no rush... I have to make meal prep a non negotiable in my week. I learnt early on that no meal prep leads to me overeating, throwing out wasted whole foods (which I also hate) and often making not so great food choices... we know that as well as being quick and easy, junk food can also be cheap compared to a yummy salad or plate of mixed veg with protein... If you don't have time or energy to do full prep, maybe just portion out/ weigh your basic salad veg into packs (cucumber, lettuce, tomato, capsicum, red onion etc) ready to be quickly chopped up as you are ready to use it?

I suggest get moving go for a walk every day in the morning that way you have started the day off with a win and you will feel good all day
