Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry
Healthy version of a classic.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Add chicken and ginger. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar.
- Add broccoli and enough water to keep food from sticking (2-3 tablespoons). Cover pan and steam about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
