Like a Denver omelet, but scrambled eggs.
Ingredients
Directions
- Dice pepper, onion, and ham.
- Scramble eggs in bowl.
- Heat frying pan and add teaspoon of margarine/spray.
- Pour in eggs, wait until they cook a bit, then sprinkle ham, pepper, onion, and cheese in (in that order).
- Mix ingredients, chopping eggs as you go.
- Cook until eggs are done through.
- Serve (with toast if you want) and enjoy!
