Schmackhafter Eierquark

Die Masse schmeckt auf frischem Brot total lecker.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Die Eier hart kochen und abkühlen lassen. Den Quark in einer Schüssel mit gehackter Petersilie, geschnittenem Schnittlauch, Leinöl und den abgekühlten, klein geschnittenen Eiern mischen.
  2. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
  3. Guten Appetit.

ein tolles Rezept, da wir gern Eiersalat essen. Hatte es gestern zum Abendbrot gemacht. Schmeckte sogar meinen Mann.

Schnell gemacht und sehr sehr lecker :-) Ich habe Magerquark verwendet und Sonnenblumenöl.
