Beef & Broccoli Crock Pot

  1. Add meat, water, and soy sauce to crock pot and cook on low 6 hours.
  2. Add broccoli and brown sugar 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Serve over rice or noodles.

The meal sounds very good, but the sodium Count is not for me. Unless I missed it, I did not see a PORTION size listed. I’m guessing that it serves 3-4 .

This was quite tasty and satisfying! I did not eat it over noodles or anything in an effort to keep it low carb amd it was basically a tasty stew. I left out the sugar and it was really good and savory.
