Keto Meatloaf

Low carb meatloaf recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients, except for bacon, and heat oven to 200°c.
  2. Line baking dish with baking paper and oil, then lay bacon on the bottom and edges over sides.
  3. Roll up meat mixture and place on to bacon, then wrap bacon over top layer.
  4. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes and then rest for 20 minutes before serving.
