Directions
- Soak 5tbs of chia seeds in 3tbs of soy sauce and 5tbs of warm water.
- Grind 2 sheets of nori.
- Mix chia with nori and add 1tbs of olive oil. Mix well.
- Leave till chia is soaked, then move to the fridge. Use as a spread on bread or crackers.
