Great tasting and low calorie shrimp stir fry that can be made as spicy as you like.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a bowl, stir together water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper and ground ginger. Set aside.
- Cook shrimp and broccoli according to package directions. Set aside.
- Add frozen bell peppers to skillet and allow to soften.
- Add shrimp, broccoli, and sauce. Cook and sire until sauce has thickened.
- Serve over brown rice.
- Note: you can substitute any vegetables you prefer.

Delicious. I didn't have any shrimp on hand so I used cut up chicken breast. Also I used a frozen oriental stir fry with mixed vegetables including bell peppers plus the broccoli. WOW. I might turn up the heat with more red pepper next time but will definitely be making again. Thanks for posting this recipe.

sodium is too high, if you drop the ketchup and corn starch, it might drop the sodium number.

Instead of ginger I uses 1 tsp. of Cayenne pepper and WOW its was fantastic!!!
