Healthy Carrot Cake

Wholemeal with no refined sugar and low fat.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 C.
  2. Get two bowls. Whisk wet ingredients in one bowl, and mix dry ingredients in the other, then combine.
  3. Add pineapple, carrot and walnuts.
  4. Cook in lined cake tin for 25-30 minutes.
