Fried Rice

Great way of using up what you've got.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oil in wok on high. Add chopped bacon and cook until browned. Remove bacon and reserve.
  2. Crush garlic and finely chop ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. One at a time stirring after each addition add finely chopped onion, cauliflower, broccoli, corn, peas, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts.
  4. Add the cooked warm rice, finely chopped spring onion, soy and sesame oil. Toss to combine and heat through.
  5. Add the reserved bacon and give a final toss to combine.
