Bolognese Sauce

Beef and tomato sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel a chop all vegetables finely.
  2. Brown all the vegetables in olive oil until softened. Add mince, mix well everything and cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. Then reduce the heat to medium/low temperature and add passata sauce, chopped parsley, all seasoning and sugar (optional).
  4. Simmer the sauce for about 40-60 mins on low temperature.
